Step 1: Log in to Werkrb Books
Visit https://books.werkrb.com and sign in with your credentials. From the dashboard, navigate to the Sales module and select Quotations.
Step 2: Open the “New Quotation” Form

Click on Quotations in the sidebar.

Select + New Quotation to open the quotation creation form.
Step 3: Select the Customer
Choose the customer you’re preparing the quotation for. If the customer is not yet in your records, you can add them directly from this screen.
Step 4: Fill in Quotation Details
Provide the basic information for the quotation:

Quotation Number – Auto-generated or custom numbering.

Quotation Date – The date the quotation is issued.

Expiry Date – The validity period for the quotation.

Reference – Internal notes or customer reference (optional).
Step 5: Add Items and Pricing
Now, add the products or services being offered:

Select Items – Choose from your items list or create a new one on the spot.

Quantity – Specify how many units/hours.
-
Rate – The price per unit.

Discounts (if any) – Apply customer-specific discounts.
-
Taxes – Automatically applied based on item tax preferences.
The system will calculate totals, including taxes and discounts, instantly.
Step 6: Add Terms, Notes, and Attachments

Terms & Conditions – Define payment terms, delivery details, or special instructions.

Customer Notes – Add personalized messages for the client.

Attachments – Upload supporting documents like product specifications or brochures.
Step 7: Save or Send the Quotation
Once everything is reviewed, you can:

Save as Draft – Keep it for later review.

Send via Email – Share directly with your customer from Werkrb Books.

Download as PDF – Get a professional copy for offline sharing.
Step 8: Convert Quotation to Invoice (When Accepted)
When your customer approves the quotation, you don’t need to re-enter details. With a single click, you can convert the quotation into an invoice, saving time and reducing errors.
